While completing her Master’s degree, Alison was a Graduate Teaching Assistant for University of Tennessee’s Physical Education Activity Program. Alison also worked as an Educational Specialist for the University of Tennessee’s Academic Enrichment Upward Bound program. A program dedicated to mentoring low-income, first generation high school students graduate high school and attend college. Alison joined IMG Academy in the fall of 2009, and is a Mental Conditioning consultant with a variety of sports.

Taryn has consulted with numerous junior, collegiate, and professional/Olympic athletes and teams. She has been the mental conditioning consultant for Texas A&M Women’s Soccer, University of Tennessee Women’s Soccer, Rowing and Swimming/Diving, Maryville College Volleyball, the Southeast Florida Figure Skating Club (including Amanda Evora, Olympic Pairs skater) in addition to all of the IMG sports.

Cassiano completed a bachelors degree in Sports Science at the University of Sao Paulo, a masters degree in Sports Injury Prevention at University of Galicia, and specialist in tennis biomechanics at Federal University in Sao Paulo. Before joining IMG Academy, Cassiano was a Strength & Conditioning Coach for a number of professional players on the ATP and WTA Tours including Thomas Bellucci and Vera Zvonareva. Prior to that he was the Head Strength Coach at soccer clubs in Brazil (Corinthians and Palmeiras) and in Holland (AFC Ajax).

Prior to working at IMG Academy Patrick was with the Baltimore Orioles Organization providing athletic training services to the rookie level affiliate in the Gulf Coast League as well as assisting the minor league medical coordinator in all minor and major league rehabilitation programs. Before working in professional baseball Patrick worked at Resurgen’s Orthopeadics, an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic providing rehabilitation services to patients with a variety of orthopedic injuries.
