Paul graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Sports Administration and a Minor in Business. He played two years of NCAA football as a tight end and has also worked in Arena Football with the Louisville Fire. Prior to joing the IMG Academy football program he was a Director at Hoops Basketball Facility in Louisville, KY, constructing national high school basketball, AAU and USSSA tournaments and leagues.

One of the most decorated high school and collegiate athletes of all time, Chris Weinke became a legend in the state of Florida after helping lead Florida State University to its first undefeated season and second national championship in 1999.

Weinke went on to win several major awards in 2000, including the Heisman Trophy, while finishing his career with a 32-3 record and as the FSU record-holder for career passing yards and career touchdown passes.

Danny DuChene serves as the Business Manager for the IMG Academy basketball program.  In this role, Danny is responsible for the operational delivery of the basketball program—including managing the budget, serving as liaison to other departments on campus, and coordinating all events and tournaments.  DuChene arrived at IMG in 2012 with experience in coordinating events and many years of officiating the game of basketball.

Shell Dailey, Coordinator of the Women’s Basketball Program, is a former WNBA (San Antonio Silver Stars) and Division 1 (Florida, Texas A&M, South Carolina and Texas Christian) coach. Dailey has coached and developed more than 50 WNBA players, in addition to 20+ USA Basketball and Olympic players.

Prior to her coaching career, Dailey played at the University of Texas under Hall of Fame coach Jody Conradt. Dailey won four Southwest Conference titles, reached the NCAA Tournament every year, and played in the national championship game as a freshman.

Vivas started at the IMG Academy basketball program as a coach in 2012 as a Summer Coach and has made a smooth transition to head coach after the summer program.  Danny is also a former graduate of the IMG Academy basketball program in 2008 and wanted to come back to help the program that helped him develop into the player/ coach he is today.
