Mark Riddell is the Director of College Entrance Exam Preparation (SAT & ACT) at IMG Academy. After graduating from Harvard University in 2004, he began working for IMG Academy in 2006 and has helped thousands of students improve their scores. He has assisted students in gaining admission to many top American universities, such as Stanford, Duke, Columbia, Dartmouth, University of Chicago and many other notable institutions.

Heiberger came to the Athletic & Personal Development program as Performance Coach in the summer of 2011. He has been working in the strength and conditioning industry for over seven years. He started out working as a volunteer at Iowa State University working with the football team and Olympic sports from 2004 to 2009. In 2009, he interned at the University of South Florida, working again in football and with the Olympic sports. In January of 2011, he left and went with Coach Wintrich to the University of North Texas to work with their football team.

Dean came to the Athletic & Personal Development program in 2011 as a Grad Assistant in the Athletic Training room. She has a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Florida Gulf Coast University and worked with the women's soccer team as a student there. She will be attending the University of St. Augustine in January as part of their Doctorate Physical Therapy Flex program.

Joshua is a senior member of the mental conditioning staff and is currently the heads up all team sports mental conditioning at the academy. His enthusiasm and passion for his students and teams is infectious and is evidence by their great successes. He uses a variety of team building exercises and mental skill building exercises to help athletes apply the tools they learn in workshops to the field of play.

Uranius "UJ" Johnson joined the Athletic and Personal Development staff in January 2013. Originally from Maryland, UJ earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management and marketing from Marshall University while also playing wide receiver for the Thundering Herd football team. He stayed at Marshall to earn his master’s degree in Adult & Technical Education.
About
Wallin came to the Athletic & Personal Development program as a Performance Coach in the summer of 2011. Prior to IMG, Wallin was coaching at the University of Oklahoma as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the baseball, wrestling, men’s and women’s golf teams. Wallin has also worked at the University of Iowa, working specifically with their football team, as well as Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning Facility in Winchester, MA. As a graduate of the University of Iowa in 2008, Wallin competed in Rugby, and still competes competitively in the sport of Rugby today.
