Trevor Anderson (T.A.) grew up locally in Sarasota, Florida. After high school T.A. moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida, where he graduated from in 1999 with two Bachelor's degrees. He began his training career at Orlando health clubs, and then moved on to coordinating youth and adult fitness and sports programs, as well as directing various sports leagues for multiple community centers for the City of Orlando. After creating his corporation, Better Every Day, Inc. in 2004, he opened up his first facility, âBetter Every Day Fitness and Performanceâ in Winter Park, Florida. He started the Better Every Day Basketball and Sports Performance Camps in 2005. Since then, he has been able to help hundreds of athletes of all ages improve their speed, neuromuscular control, and performance.
T.A. has been a fitness and performance trainer since 1998, and has achieved success training a variety of clients with performance goals that range from general speed, strength and agility, to the sport specific movements of professional athletics. He has an extremely well rounded background in fitness, athletics, and professional sports. He played arena football for three years from 2000-2002, and from 2003-2009, played the televised extreme basketball sport SlamBall.
Extensive involvement with many youth organizations in Florida and beyond have helped to shape T.A.'s career. He was the Floor Manager of NBA All-Star Vince Carter's Youth Basketball Academy (VCYBA) held in Daytona Beach, Florida and East Rutherford, New Jersey from 2004-2008. He also worked with NFL Hall of Famer Anthony Munoz with the Anthony Munoz Foundation, coaching youth football camps in Cincinnati, OH. He has created off-season, pre-season, and in-season performance training programs for major Florida high schools.

I pride myself on my relentless work ethic, and will not prescribe any exercise that I cannot perform. My goal is to get BETTER EVERY DAY through consistent training, ongoing research, and learning as much as I can from each and every one of my clients.â
