From Coach Jose Lambert:
We all know about wins and losses. One definition of Success is achieving a goal. So set some smart goals and try to achieve them one at a time. I will practice hitting targets with my serves for 30 minutes a day. I will play at least 2 full matches a week in preparation for my weekend tournaments. I will eat more nutritious foods to help my mind and body function efficiently. I will do foot drills 2 times a week to help my speed on the court. These goals are SMART, specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and can be done in a timely manner. Success is much more than winning and losing. John Wooden said it well, "Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best you are capable of becoming. Be successful and look to achieve something today.
