Already sweeping the nation, Combine360 provides the ultimate in sports performance evaluation and analysis.
Recently, the dozen-plus pre-NBA Draft trainees at the IMG Academy basketball program endured a full Combine360 testing. Athletes are tested on the following:
Athleticism includes nine tests common across most sports to measure power, speed, strength, endurance and flexibility: the broad jump, seated med ball throw, vertical jump, 5-10-5 shuttle, 10-yard sprint, 20-yard sprint, grip test, sit & reach and 300-yard shuttle.
Movement includes three sport-specific drills, with basketball's being power (vertical jump), agility (lane agility) and conditioning (baseline to baseline run). Movement also includes Integrative Movement - three tests designed to measure how well your body's nervous system interacts with your musculoskeletal system to create balance and unified movement. The movement section concludes with Visual Ability, which consists of three tests designed to evaluate near/far, horizontal and vertical focus and reaction.
Character: Measures mentality (the ability to process and compete at one's best, regardless of the situation), Nutrition (the measure and awareness of how one understands how to fuel their body for competition and their actual dietary intake), as well as Communication (how an athlete compliments their physical and mental abilities into interactions both in and out of the sports arena).
These tests come together to create the athlete's C360 score that provides feedback on strengths and weaknesses within the athlete's entire composition as they work to become the ultimate athlete. Go here to see the top Combine360 scores.
