Henderson County High School graduate Ford Stuen will be joining the IMG Academy basketball program community. Coming in as a member of the post-grad program, Stuen will be working with coaches Andy Borman and Loren Jackson.
The nephew of Oklahoma State basketball coach Travis Ford, Stuen will be participating in the upcoming Kentucky Hoopfest. The KY Hoopfest is hosted by Stuen’s grandfather, Eddie Ford, who is an influential figure in youth basketball.
Post Graduate Head Coach Loren Jackson is looking forward to Stuen’s arrival in Bradenton, FL saying, “Ford is a great shooter with a high basketball IQ. I am excited to have him in our program and help him realize his potential.”
Jackson is not the only coach anticipating the Kentucky native’s arrival, as Director Andy Borman claims, “We are thrilled to have Ford join the IMG Academy basketball program. He is an excellent young man on and off the court. Ford will be an ambassador for our program and whatever college program he decides to join for years to come.”
With the KY Hoopfest taking place this weekend, it is safe to assume that the coaches with the IMG Academy basketball program will be rooting for Ford Stuen, awaiting his enrollment in the program.
