8:00-8:30amMusculoskeletal Exam (First Day of Camp)
8:30-9:00amTrigger Point Therapy & Active Dynamic Warm-up
9:30-10:30amMovement Training-(emphasis on increasing strength and on field power, linear speed, multi directional movement, functional movement)-Led by Head Speed Coach, Loren Seagrave
10:30-11:20amOn-Field Training (led by the Director of IMG Academy football program, Chris Weinke)
11:30-12:00pmRegeneration (cold tub/pool workout)
12:00-1:00pmLunch
1:00-2:00pmMental Preparation, nutritional consultations/bod pod assessments and vision training available
2:00-3:00pmStrength Training (Led by Head Strength Coach Scott Gadeken)
3:00-4:00pmRegeneration Massage or Hyperbaric Chamber available
4:00-5:00pmFilm Work available  (led by the Director of IMG Academy football program, Chris Weinke)
