If total athletic and character development is your goal for an upcoming season, the Athletic & Personal Development 3-Week Camps can help you get there. With customizable, sport-specific training programs that address all areas of performance, you can become the TOTAL ATHLETE.
By working with experienced and encouraging performance experts in eight disciplines, you will train in an environment unlike any other in the world. As the pioneer in total athletic development, IMG Academy Athletic & Personal Development has nearly two decades of experience training athletes of all ability levels in virtually every sport and can create a program to revolutionize your game this year!
All Athletic & Personal Development camps are TOTAL ATHLETE which includes all elements of the Core Sport Camp, plus one extra hour per day of Mental Toughness, Nutrition, Speed/Movement, Leadership Training, Vision/Reaction Training on a rotating basis.
Schedule includes daily Strength/Conditioning and Movement/Agility training sessions, as well as two sessions per week of the following:
