Every junior camp, regardless of length, features a Core tennis lesson program that includes all tennis elements, including ground stroke, serve, net play and strategy instruction, plus one extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning or Mental Conditioning and college recruiting education. TOTAL ATHLETE programs include all elements of the Core Sport Camp, plus one extra hour per day of Mental Toughness, Nutrition, Speed/ Movement, Leadership Training, Vision/Reaction Training on a rotating basis. You can also upgrade to our Game Changer weekly tennis summer camps which include all elements of TOTAL ATHLETE, plus multiple hours per week of 1-on-1 training with an IMG Academy tennis coach to refine specific parts of your game.

Throughout the week, the focus shifts between technical tennis lessons and the tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the game. Mornings focus on the technique while afternoons are geared towards match-play situations, all of which is recorded by on-court cameras to allow you to analyze your game with our teaching professionals. In the evenings, junior tennis players can participate in various activities with athletes in multiple sports from around the globe, as well as taking supervised trips on the weekends to beaches, amusement parks or other destinations. You’re even likely to run into one of the many professional athletes who train on campus!
