To develop as a basketball player, summer is the time to sharpen all areas of your game... And the IMG Academy 5-Week Basketball Camp is proven to help basketball players of all skill levels....

To develop as a basketball player, summer is the time to sharpen all areas of your game... And the IMG Academy 5-Week Basketball Camp is proven to help basketball players of all skill levels. 

Building upon each week of progress, campers will experience all elements of successful basketball, from competitive scrimmages against similarly-skilled players to drill work in areas like technical elements (ball-handling, finishing, shooting form, rebounding, footwork), game situations (spacing, movement off of a screen, 1-on-1 attacking and defense, penetration), advanced techniques (reading a defense, fast breaks, high and low post moves, running a team as a point guard, creating your shot, help defense) and more.

Off the court, your body and mind will undergo a transformation with the help of experts to make you stronger, faster and more confident when your season starts.

All 5-Week Basketball Camps include Ascender and Core training options:

Ascender: The model used by IMG Academy players that provides the ultimate combination of training and organized competition. Includes the mentorship from a veteran basketball coach, all elements of TOTAL ATHLETE, daily training and a professional-style environment that offers the ideal mix of practice and competition.

Core: Includes all basketball elements, including position-specific drills and scrimmaging, plus one extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning or Mental Conditioning and college recruiting education.

Emphasis on comprehensive athletic development

Includes all basketball elements, including position-specific drills and scrimmaging, plus one extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning or Mental Conditioning and college recruiting education.

  • Recommended for all athletes ages 10 and up
  • Includes all elements of the Core Sport Camp, plus one extra hour per day of (delivered on a rotating basis):
