Dion Daniels is currently in his seventh as Director of Operations for the soccer program at IMG Academy. During that time, he has worked closely with the Business Manager, assisting with administrative duties, team business, game-day operations, and general team management.

Daniels started at the Academy as a summer intern in 2005, during the 9-week summer camp and also had his hand in the management of PDL and W-League game-day operations while completing his degree. That summer he gained experience with public relations preparing game-by-game press releases for the IMG website and local soccer media.

In the past few years, Daniels has worked on a variety of projects as site coordinator including The Nike Friendlies, US Soccer Coaching School and MLS Pre-Season. He also travels as team manager for both the IMG U-16 and IMG U-18 US Soccer Development Academy Teams.

Daniels is a native of New Milford, CT. and earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Sacred Heart University (Fairfield, CT) where he also was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team.
