The 3-Week Football Camps offer every camper three weeks of the Core football training camp that includes all football position specific training, classroom sessions and scrimmaging (7v7 and 11v11), plus one extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning or Mental Conditioning and college recruiting education, as well as the ability to upgrade to the TOTAL ATHLETE football camp. TOTAL ATHLETE camps Include all elements of the Core Sport Camp, plus one extra hour per day of Mental Toughness, Nutrition, Speed/ Movement, Leadership Training, Vision/Reaction Training on a rotating basis.

You can also add an educational element to your 3-Week Football Camp this summer, with our half-day of training and a half-day of either TOEFL Prep, SAT Prep or English Language Learners classes. All 3-Week Football Camps + education are Core camps.

Foundation of all Training Programs
Total Athlete Camps
Emphasis on comprehensive athletic development

Includes all football position specific training, classroom sessions and scrimmaging (7v7 and 11v11), plus one extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning or Mental Conditioning and college recruiting education.

  • Recommended for all athletes ages 10 and up

The model used by IMG Academy players that provides the ultimate combination of training and organized competition. Includes elements of TOTAL ATHLETE Camp, plus:

  • Mentorship throughout the camp from one IMG Academy veteran football coach
  • Competition
  • Daily training and an environment that offers the ideal mix of practice and competition to better your game
  • Advanced training model utilized by IMG Academy athletes and teams
  • Designed for quarterbacks only
  • Includes all elements of TOTAL ATHLETE Camp, plus:
    • Multiple hours per week of 1-on-1 training with an IMG Academy football coach to refine specific parts of your game
    • Full access to video library of your training for post-camp improvement

What you’ll Learn
Quarterbacks
Footwork, proper mechanics, how to read every type of coverage, correct Arc 'n Pace for every throw, play-calling, learning a playbook.
Running Backs
Ball control and protection, foot work, blocking, route-running, pre-snap reads, blitz pick-up and pass-catching skill.
Offensive/Defensive Linemen
Proper fundamentals and techniques of stance, run-blocking, pass protection, and combination blocks. Pass rush skill, gap control and tackling.
Wide Receivers/Tight Ends
Alignment, steps/depth on individual and combination routes, pass-catching skill, and releases off the line of scrimmage.
Linebackers
Shedding blocks, tackling, blitzing, and correct positioning in man-to-man and zone coverage.
Defensive Backs
Footwork, ball skills, tackling, blitzing, pre-snap reads, and man-to-man and zone coverage techniques.
Kickers/Punters
Leg swing, ball striking, long-distance kicking, and accuracy. Ball drops/leg swings, pooch punting, directional punting, and goal-line punting.
