To fully develop as a basketball player, the best players establish the fundamentals first and progressively build upon what they learn. The IMG Academy 3-Week Girls Basketball Camp not only lays the foundation for future success, but provides the instruction and plan for continued development as a basketball player.

Campers participate in two daily on-court workouts that include position-specific instruction, drill work and scrimmages closely supervised by IMG Academy's renowned coaching staff to provide consistent feedback. If you want to put in extra work on your game, you also have optional nightly shooting/scrimmage sessions where you can continue to work closely with coaches. You will also work with coaches in the video room to develop the technical and tactical elements of the game.

All 3-Week Girls Basketball Camps offer Total Athlete and Core training options:

Total Athlete: Includes all elements of the Core Sport Camp, plus one extra hour per day of Mental Toughness, Nutrition, Speed/Movement, Leadership Training, Vision/Reaction Training on a rotating basis. 

Core: Includes all basketball elements, including position-specific drills and scrimmaging, plus one extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning or Mental Conditioning and college recruiting education.
