To reach your true potential as a soccer player, you need to establish the fundamentals while adding advanced technical and tactical elements to your game. The IMG Academy 3-Week Girls Soccer Camp utilizes a progressive approach that allows you to build upon each week to fully develop as a soccer player.
With five-and-a-half days of training per week (and multiple training sessions per day), the 3-Week Girls Soccer Camp breaks training sessions down into individual skill acquisition (drills/technical training) sessions, small-sided development (1v1, 2v2) sessions and scrimmaging to put what you've learned into a competitive setting. You will also receive a full evaluation after the camp's conclusion from a veteran IMG Academy coach that details your strengths and areas of improvement to continue your development.
Each 3-Week Girls Soccer Camp includes Total Athlete and Core training options:
Total Athlete: Includes all elements of the Core Sport Camp, plus one extra hour per day of Mental Toughness, Nutrition, Speed/Movement, Leadership Training, Vision/Reaction Training on a rotating basis.
Core: Includes all soccer elements, including technical, tactical, match strategy and position-specific drills, plus one extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning or Mental Conditioning and college recruiting education.
