Ewart is a professional golfer who currently plays on the LPGA Tour. As a Tour rookie in 2012 Ewart had two top-10s and five top-20s, earning over $200,000 in the process. In 2011 she won the Ladies European Qualifying School and finished in 4th place at the LPGA Qualifying School.

Prior to turning pro in 2010 Ewart played golf at the University of New Mexico. For the Lobos she was a 2010 and 2009 NGCA All-American and four-time Mountain West Conference Player of the Year. She won five tournaments in her collegiate career and was twice named the University of New Mexico Athlete of the Year.

Ewart had a solid junior career as well. In addition to being the 2008 and 2009 English Amateur Champion, she was a member of the 2008 GB&I Curtis Cup Team. She also earned a victory in the 2005 Daily Telegraph Championship in Dubai.
