Every lacrosse camp, regardless of length, features a Core lacrosse training program that includes all lacrosse fundamentals, situational training, scrimmaging, and tactical training, plus one extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning or Mental Conditioning and college recruiting education. The TOTAL ATHLETE training programs unclude all elements of the Core Sport Camp, plus one extra hour per day of Mental Toughness, Nutrition, Speed/ Movement, Leadership Training, Vision/ Reaction Training on a rotating basis. 

Our philosophy revolves around guaranteeing players both individual and group instruction from some of the best coaches in the country.  Coupled with the Athletic & Personal Development program, players will leave our camp not only a better lacrosse player, but a better conditioned, confident and mentally prepared athlete.  

We also offer the Recruiting Prep Lacrosse camp which will prepare you for the recruiting camp season by increasing your skill, physical and mental ability (offered as both Core or TOTAL ATHLETE). Finally, we offer the College Prep Lacrosse camp which is designed for inbound college freshmen, the college prep camp gets you fully prepare to perform when you report to your college team (offered as both Core or TOTAL ATHLETE).

Foundation of all Training Programs
Total Athlete Camps
Emphasis on comprehensive athletic development

Includes all lacrosse fundamentals, situational training, scrimmaging, and tactical training, plus one extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning or Mental Conditioning and college recruiting education. 

  • Recommended for all athletes ages 10 and up
  • Includes all elements of the Core Sport Camp, plus one extra hour per day of (delivered on a rotating basis):

The model used by IMG Academy players that provides the ultimate combination of training and organized competition. Includes elements of TOTAL ATHLETE Camp, plus:

  • Mentorship throughout the camp from one IMG Academy veteran lacrosse coach
  • Internal competition
  • Daily training and an environment that offers the ideal mix of pratice and competition to better your game
  • Advanced training model utilized by IMG Academy athletes and teams

What you’ll Learn
Fundamentals
Stick-handling, stick protection, shooting, passing, catching in tight situations, ground ball technique.
Goalkeeper Training
Stick-handling, clearing, shot-stopping, reaction time, technique.
Special Situations
Capitalizing in transition, utilizing/breaking pressure, attacking/defending during uneven sets, Indoor(box) training strategy.
On-field decision-making
Learning of traditional and advanced offensive/defensive sets.
Physical
Increase speed/agility, build explosive power, increase endurance, reduce chance of injury.
Mental
Confidence, focus, game preparation, attitude.
