NCSA Athletic Recruiting, an official national partner of IMG Academy, educates and helps student-athletes through the college recruiting process. Founded in 2000 with a passion to help turn dreams into a reality, the NCSA has become the leader in helping match college coaches with qualified high school students. This year, NCSA helped numerous IMG student-athletes through the recruiting process to sign their letters of intent with the college of their choosing.
Some of the athletes include...
Alfredo Escalera (Basbeall), a top prospect coming out of high school, will be heading to Stetson University's, whose baseball program is currently ranked among top 50 NCAA Division I programs in the nation.
Brian Greene, Jr. (Basketball) finished his high school career in Chicago with only a handful of small college offers before choosing to attend IMG as a post-grad. Now he will head to the Southeastern Conference to join Tony Barbee's Auburn Tigers basketball squad for the 2012-13 season.
David Rosas (Baseball) came to IMG as a post-graduate looking to elevate his status to receive more intriguing college offers. He will be attending Williams College to play baseball, ranked by the U.S. News and World Report as the No. 1 liberal arts college in the nation.
Kate Pellegrino (Soccer) improved consistently during her time at IMG, and will be moving on to Denver, Colo. to play for Regis University.
This is only a sampling of the numerous IMG Academy student-athletes that have utilized NCSA's services to get educated on college recruitment, and to network with coaches to find the best opportunities to continue their careers.
