At IMG Academy our track and field camps present youth athletes with in-depth training camps for youth athletes starting at the age of 12. Our youth camps are designed to improve movement, balance, speed, power, concentration, and refine event-specific skills that create a well-rounded athlete.
Our track and field camps offer four different training programs designed to elevate athletes’ performance. Athletes work to improve their abilities in sprints, hurdles, jumps, and throws. All while honing on distance and the right mindset to develop mental discipline, preparation, confidence, and focus.
Featuring a 400m, 8-lane track, our state-of-the-art stadium is available to all our track and field campers. In addition to our two pole vault runways with international-standard pits, our two multi-directional long jump/triple jump pit, and our dedicated throw areas with multiple cages and circles, campers are offered all the track and field training facilities needed to improve speed and movement.
