In addition to leading the strength and conditioning programs for the baseball academy, Will heads the pre-spring training program for our major league baseball players. Will spent the past year at Fort Bragg, N.C., as a special contractor working with special forces teams in all areas of strength, power, movement, conditioning, and injury prevention. Prior to Fort Bragg, he spent three years in the Atlanta Braves organization leading the strength and conditioning programs for their minor league system. He earned his bachelor's and master’s degrees in Exercise Science from Wichita State University, where he also began his coaching career, working as a strength and conditioning coach.
