Ernie Logan joined the IMG Academy Football staff 2015. Prior to arriving in Bradenton, Fla., Logan played nine seasons as a defensive lineman in the NFL for the Cleveland Browns, Atlanta Falcons, Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Jets. After his career in the NFL, he worked as an Assistant Football Coach at Jacksonville University for 11 years, two of which he coached on two conference championship teams. During his time at Jacksonville University, Logan also completed five NFL coaching internships under Romeo Crennel, Tony Sparano and Bill Belichick. Logan is an expert in teaching the skills and techniques associated with the defensive line, and has additional experience in coaching special teams, as well.
