She earned two victories on the tour in 2012: the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open and the Deutsche Bank Ladies Swiss Open.

Prior to turning pro in 2010, Booth made a name for herself as a junior golfer. In 2008 she won the Scottish Under 18 Championship, Daily Telegraph Championship, and become the youngest ever Curtis Cup team member. That followed a very successful 2007 season in which she won the European Junior Masters, European Young Masters, Scottish Under 18 Championship, Scottish Under 21 Champion, and Daily Telegraph Championship.
