What is your favorite thing about IMG Academy and why?
The growth and development. You have all the resources to really facilitate a player to reach their potential and succeed. If you come here with the right mindset in wanting to get everything out of what you signed up for, the coaches are all willing to spend a little extra time to help you reach your goals.
Do you have any pre-game rituals that help you prepare for a big game?
Most of the time I try to do three things and that’s: Eat carbohydrates the night before, be rested and be mentally prepared going into the game with a gameplan.
What athlete inspires you the most?
Grant Armstrong, a freshman at North Carolina. He grew up in the same hometown as me playing on the same little league as I did.
What is your favorite thing to do after you win a game?
Relax. Get ready for the next one.
What motivates you to push through a tough practice?
Keep my goals in my mind. Keep visualizing where I want to be and what I have to do to get there.
