The 2013 Super Y-League Boys ODP National Camp descended on IMG Academy last Thursday for a four day camp. The United Soccer Leagues (USL) holds the camp annually to identify some of the top talents in North America and monitor their progress in the Y-League. This is also a prime opportunity for college coaches to evaluate and identify potential players for their respective soccer programs.  

More than 1.5 million high schoolers in the class of 2013 applied for the National Merit Scholarship during their junior years. Last September, the National Merit Scholarship Corporation announced their 16,000 semifinalists, which included our very own Samy Ramadane. In February, it was revealed that Samy is still in the running for the distinguished honor of Merit Scholar ® when he was announced as a finalist for the prestigious award.
