Our 5-Week Lacrosse Camps leverage the experience, knowledge, skills and principles learned in the three-week lacrosse camp to integrate their lacrosse training with academic preparation. This summer camp is delivered in a competitive league format and both the field and indoor (box) lacrosse settings. This format has proven to be extremely effective in accelerating learning and development through a series of competitive games and events. 

The 5-Week Lacrosse Camp are Ascender camps which is the model used by IMG Academy players that provides the ultimate combination of training and organized competition. Includes the mentorship from a veteran lacrosse coach, all elements of TOTAL ATHLETE, internal competition, daily training and an environment that offers the ideal mix of practice and competition to better your game.

You can also choose a half-day of lacrosse training with a half-day of education in our Core 5-Week Lacrosse Camps. That includes all lacrosse fundamentals, situational training, scrimmaging, and tactical training, plus one extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning or Mental Conditioning and college recruiting education plus a half-day of either High School classes, SAT Prep classes, English Language Learner or TOEFL Prep classes.

Foundation of all Training Programs
Total Athlete Camps
Emphasis on comprehensive athletic development

Includes all lacrosse fundamentals, situational training, scrimmaging, and tactical training, plus one extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning or Mental Conditioning and college recruiting education. 

  • Recommended for all athletes ages 10 and up
  • Includes all elements of the Core Sport Camp, plus one extra hour per day of (delivered on a rotating basis):
    • Mental Toughness
    • Nutrition
    • Speed/Movement
    • Leadership Training
    • Vision/Reaction

  • Mentorship throughout the camp from one IMG Academy veteran lacrosse coach

  • Advanced training model utilized by IMG Academy athletes and teams
