Improvisation, Creativity and Technique
Our hyper-specialized camps are meant for impactful training by position and skill. They emphasize improvisation, creativity and technique as well as ball control and passing in small spaces to help create a more complete player. Our goalkeeper/attacking camp focuses on specific physical, mental tactical and technical elements of the position, including crosses, footwork, diving, distribution, angle play, playing behind various defensive formations and more. For those looking to experience what it's like to train as a professional, our MLS camps allow campers the opportunity to train and interact with some of the biggest stars currently on the MLS and international circuit.
Goalkeeper/Attacking Third Combo Camp
Defined training sessions that each focus on specific physical, mental tactical and technical elements of the position, including crosses, footwork, diving, distribution, angle play, playing behind various defensive formations and more. Instructional topics will include sessions on establishing confidence in the final third, creating chances in the final third with combination play, flank play with crossing and finishing and 1v1 situtational play with goalkeepers. In addition to on-field training, video work and a take-home analysis of areas of strength and weakness, our off-field training components involve cutting-edge vision training, sport-specific strength/agility training, and mental conditioning.

While a 1-week camp allows you to experience our world-renowned training, professional-grade facilities and personal growth disciplines in a diverse and engaging environment, our three-week, five-week and seven-week programs represent not only the best value, but were created to maximize your training and provide the greatest level of improvement within your sport.
1-Week: Athletes adjust to a new training schedule, acclimating to the weather and processing information. The first week is exciting, challenging, motivating and inspirational.
3 to 5-Week: Athletes begin to perform at a higher level as they now have a firm grasp of newly learned tactics and techniques. On and off-campus activities allow students to make friends with other dedicated athletes from around the world.
5 to 7-Week: Athletes now see the transformation from the athlete they were to the athlete they are becoming. They notice a measurable difference in strength, agility, focus and confidence. Tactics and techniques becom instinctive. Bonds with other passionate athletes will last a liftime.
