Donte is a results-driven sport management professional with a foundation in collegiate athletics and a passion for operational leadership. A graduate of the Sport Management Program at St. John Fisher College, he brings hands-on experience from his work within collegiate and minor-league baseball organizations. Since joining IMG Academy in 2021, Donte has contributed to the success of its sports programs through his strategic mindset, strong collaboration skills, and commitment to operational excellence. He continues to drive growth across marketing, events, and athlete experiences.
