Dylan Butler

About Me:

Dylan Butler brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to IMG Academy. Over his career, he has compiled an 84–80 overall record, led teams to two NJCAA National Tournament appearances (2021, 2024), and captured two Region V North Conference titles (2021, 2022).

Butler most recently served as head coach at Navarro College (2024–2026), where he quickly continued the program’s tradition of excellence. In his debut season, Navarro finished 21–13 overall and 11–3 in Region XIV play, earning a second-place conference finish and an at-large bid to the NJCAA National Tournament. His teams have produced multiple All-Conference selections, Region XIV Libero and Newcomer of the Year honorees, and numerous NJCAA Academic All-Americans.

Prior to Navarro, Butler led Hill College (2021–2024) to consistent success, including a Region V North Tournament Championship and NJCAA National Tournament appearance in 2021. Under his leadership, the Rebels produced multiple All-Conference players, individual award winners, and maintained one of the NTJCAC’s top programs throughout his tenure.

Butler’s coaching career also includes experience at the University of Dallas as a volunteer assistant and as an undergraduate assistant at the University of Central Oklahoma and the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith, contributing to conference championships, national rankings, and the development of NJCAA All-Americans.
