About Me:
Dylan Elber comes to IMG after spending the past two seasons as the Director of Player Development at Davidson College (NC). In 2022, Davidson finished 43-13 while being in the Top 10 nationally in ERA and WHIP. He also served as the pitching coach for the 2021 SCBL champion, Mooresville Spinners.
Prior to Davidson, Elber spent close to 6 years working in professional baseball player development departments. Over the course of that time, he gained experience with a wide variety of technologies and also was heavily involved in advance scouting and administrative tasks.
Dylan and his wife, Carly, currently reside in Riverview, FL
