With experience in top-tier collegiate and club programs, he’s passionate about helping young student-athletes sharpen their skills, build confidence, and compete at their highest level.

Originally from San Jose, California, Anderson attended The Harker School, competing in volleyball and basketball. He played for Mountain View Volleyball Club, earning a gold medal at the 2019 USAV Boys Junior National Championships, where he was named tournament MVP and a Club All-American.

Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College in 2023. During his decorated collegiate career, he was a 4× AVCA NCAA First Team All-American, the 2022 AVCA NCAA Division III National Player of the Year, and helped lead Springfield to three NCAA Tournament appearances, including the 2022 national championship match.

He later transferred to Grand Canyon University (2023–2025), where he received his MBA and competed with their Division I men’s volleyball. At GCU, he helped the team achieve its first-ever No. 1 national ranking in 2024, win an MPSF Championship, and earned honors, including the 2025 MPSF All-Academic Team and two Player of the Week awards.

Anderson has also served as a Strength & Conditioning Intern at Harvard University, supporting performance programs for NCAA athletes, and as an Assistant Coach with Bay-to-Bay Volleyball Club (San Jose, CA), working with 17–18U athletes. Before joining IMG full-time, he coached seasonal training camps, leading sessions on technical skills, strategy, and team-building.

His blend of elite playing experience, academic excellence, and coaching expertise makes him a strong mentor for young student-athletes on and off the court.
