About Me:

Kailyn is a Bradenton native whose passion for track and field began at Lakewood Ranch High School under Coach (now IMGA T&F Director) Mark Napier. She went on to attend the University of Florida, where she competed in flag football and was part of a three-time NIRSA National Championship team. After graduation, she coached girls’ flag football at the high school level before joining IMG Academy.

In her current role as Head of Camp & College Recruitment, Kailyn oversees camp programming for track and field and supports student-athletes in navigating the college recruitment process. She works closely with families, athletes, and coaches to help Ascenders find their right fit at the next level.

In her free time, Kailyn volunteers with the Special Olympics of Manatee County as a unified partner. She is passionate about helping young athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field, and her dedication to both IMG Academy and the Bradenton community reflects her commitment to making a lasting impact through sport.
