About Me

Kylie Gross brings a strong blend of competitive playing experience and elite-level coaching to IMG Academy. A former student-athlete at the University of Toledo, Gross earned Academic All-MAC honors twice and was recognized as an NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete during the 2016–2017 season, setting the foundation for her academic and athletic leadership.

Gross launched her coaching career at Black Hills State University (2018–2019) before moving to Hillsdale College (2020–2021), where she helped develop one All-American, nine All-Region players, and seven All-GMAC honorees. Her work contributed to Hillsdale earning an NCAA Regionals at-large bid in 2021.

She continued her coaching journey at Kent State University from 2021–2023, where she coached one All-Region and six All-MAC players. Across both Hillsdale and Kent State, Gross also mentored multiple NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes, showcasing her commitment to developing well-rounded student-athletes.

Now at IMG Academy, Gross applies her experience and holistic approach to help student-athletes grow in every area of the game. With a proven record of success at every level, she plays a key role in advancing player performance and fostering a culture of academic and athletic excellence.
