Coaching Journey & Achievements

  • Joined Cornell University as an Assistant Coach in April 2024, helping lead the Big Red to their first-ever Ivy League Tournament Title in 2025, with five Ivy champions and 10 NCAA qualifiers. The Ivy League coaching staff earned “Coaching Staff of the Year” honors that season.
  • Served at the U.S. Air Force Academy (2022–2024) as a Volunteer Assistant Coach and Head Coach of the Air Force Regional Training Center. Played a pivotal role in developing Wyatt Hendrickson, a two-time Big 12 champion and All-American.
  • Led the Spartan Regional Training Center at Cornell University (2019–2022), mentoring standout wrestlers including Cornell All-Americans Chris Foca, Jacob Cardenas, and NCAA qualifier Julian Ramirez.
  • Began coaching career as a Volunteer Assistant at the University of Tennessee–Chattanooga (2018–2019).

Athletic Background & Honors

  • Competed at the University of Tennessee–Chattanooga (2013–2018), compiling a career record of 94–43, earning three NCAA Championship qualifications and two Southern Conference titles.
  • Distinguished in freestyle wrestling as a two-time U.S. Open All-American and a two-time World Team Trials qualifier.
