Zach Richardson

About Me:

Zach Richardson joins IMG Academy as the Boys Volleyball Head Coach, bringing more than 15 years of experience as a player, coach, and educator within the global volleyball community. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Xavier University, combining strong academic credentials with a proven record of leadership as an elite student-athlete. Prior to IMG Academy, Richardson served as Chief Executive Officer of Gold Medal Squared, where he educated and mentored thousands of coaches and student-athletes through nationwide camps, clinics, and coach education programs. He also played a key role in developing Rally Athletics, an elite volleyball training platform that supports athletes through an integrated approach to physical training, mental performance, and skill development.
