Brittany Jaco is a dedicated volleyball player and skilled digital marketing professional with a rich athletic background and a passion for developing young athletes.
Most recently, Jaco was honored with the 2025 AVCA High School 30 Under 30 Award, a prestigious recognition celebrating the top young coaches under 30 in the country. This accolade underscores her impact on the sport and her commitment to excellence both on and off the court.
Jaco played at the collegiate level for the State College of Florida from 2012 to 2014, where she earned recognition as a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association All-Region 8 Team and First-Team All-Florida College System Activities Association. She set a school record for digs in a season and was named runner-up for the FSCAA Player of the Year.
She continued her career at Barry University in Miami Shores, Fla., from 2014 to 2016, earning Third Team All-American honors and First Team All-Region accolades from D2CCA. She was also named First Team All-Sunshine State Conference and ranked 11th in the nation for digs per set. During the 2015 season, Jaco broke multiple school records for total digs and digs per set.
Beyond her playing career, Jaco volunteered as a coach for girls’ youth camps and led beach volleyball training sessions for Barry’s indoor team, competing in the annual Fiesta on Siesta NCAA Beach Volleyball event.
She graduated from Barry University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and pursued a master’s in sport psychology before transitioning into the digital marketing industry. With more than eight years of experience, Jaco excelled at the Goat Agency, managing digital campaigns for global brands and specializing in account management, client services, and optimizing performance across a variety of sectors.
