IMG Academy’s girls golf camp takes place on our campus in Bradenton, Florida, with access to elite coaches, an 18-hole championship golf course, and state-of-the-art Tour Studio technology. Camp welcomes female athletes ages 8 to 18 at every skill level, from first-time campers to high school standouts preparing for college recruitment. Overall great experience, definitely will be back. I would have liked her to get more out of the actual golf. From her feedback, most players her age were not nearly at the level that she is at. Giving her age she wasn’t able to do all of the assessments and strength training that I was hoping she would have been able to participate. Next summer if she returns, hopefully some exceptions could be made by the coaching staff. Her goal is to play professionally, not just for “camp”, if that makes sense.
