International Sports Alliance Partners with IMG Academy’s NCSA College Recruiting, SportsRecruits to Extend Its Global Pathway

STOCKHOLM, Sweden — October 22, 2026 — International Sports Alliance (ISA), a global athlete development and sports infrastructure platform operating across 28 sports in Europe, the UK and Asia-Pacific, announced a strategic partnership with IMG Academy’s NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits to expand access to U.S. college recruiting opportunities for international student-athletes.

Through the partnership, ISA student-athletes will have the opportunity to opt in to NCSA and SportsRecruits through ISA’s registration portal, providing access to recruiting services and education to help them better understand the U.S. college landscape and navigate the recruiting process. Participating student-athletes will also have opportunities to attend IMG Academy camps and explore boarding school and training programs at IMG Academy’s campus in Bradenton, Fla. IMG Academy’s online recruiting services, including NCSA and SportsRecruits, will reach more international student-athletes through the partnership, extending access to recruiting education, resources and support as they pursue their college goals.

“International student-athletes should not have to rely on unstructured pathways or agents just to find opportunities in U.S. college sports,” said Jordan Genmark Heath, Founder and CEO of International Sports Alliance. “The Athlete Passport provides a trusted foundation for that journey, and this partnership adds recruiting education and resources through NCSA and SportsRecruits, along with opportunities to access IMG Academy’s Bradenton campus.”

“International student-athletes have tremendous potential, but navigating the U.S. college recruiting process from outside the country can be challenging,” said Phil Wallace, EVP of Growth and Strategy at NCSA College Recruiting. “This partnership gives more student-athletes access to the education and support they need to pursue the right college opportunities, while allowing NCSA to expand its reach across Europe and around the globe.”

The partnership builds on ISA’s existing work to create structured pathways for international student-athletes pursuing opportunities in U.S. collegiate athletics, including its Athlete Passport and NJCAA EU pathway. The Athlete Passport is ISA’s verification system designed to help athletes prepare for an international move by addressing documentation, academic, visa and insurance requirements.

By combining ISA’s international student-athlete network and pathway infrastructure with the recruiting expertise of NCSA and SportsRecruits and the broader opportunities available through IMG Academy, the partnership creates a more connected pathway for student-athletes around the globe seeking to continue their athletic and academic careers in the United States.
