Our program is intentionally designed to help middle school, high school, and post-graduate athletes build strength, speed, power, and resilience, while also developing confidence, discipline, and leadership skills that last far beyond competition. “You don't want to build a house on a poor foundation, so we want to make sure we emphasize proper moving mechanics early,” says IMG Academy senior strength and conditioning coach Christopher Fluter, “and then we can layer things on as we go, build the house up as we go.”
