A post-grad year allows student-athletes to train with top competition while building college-ready strength, skill, consistency. Student-athletes stay visible to college coaches in an environment trusted by athletes preparing for the highest level of sport. College credit
Stay on track academically while developing athletically. Post-Graduate student-athletes have access to part-time college coursework through partnerships with Barry University. Barry University offers a selection of in-person courses held directly on the IMG Academy campus. This means student-athletes continue progressing toward their degree while investing in their athletic future.

Baseball Post-Grad
Backed by 180+ college placements in the last five years and 64 MLB Draft alumni, IMG Academy's baseball program gives post-graduate athletes an added season to strengthen their next-level profile. Players train in a professional-style environment with showcase opportunities, dedicated college placement support, and access to elite baseball facilities and performance resources.
Basketball Post-Grad
Backed by a program that has 100+ boys basketball college placements in the last five years, IMG Academy's post-graduate basketball program gives athletes an added season to elevate their game and recruiting profile. Players compete nationally, train in a college-style environment, and develop physicality, mental toughness, maturity, and leadership through comprehensive on- and off-court support.
Football Post-Grad
IMG Academy's post-graduate football program extends a proven pathway backed by a football program that has: a 2020 national championship, 8 Top 25 finishes, and 210+ college placements in the last five years. Post-graduate athletes compete in high-level games while developing through advanced film, data-driven coaching, recruiting support, elite football facilities, and holistic performance programming.
Lacrosse Post-Grad
IMG Academy's post-graduate lacrosse program builds on a proven pathway, including 45+ college placements in the last five years, 25+ DI placements, and a 2023 Pinnacle Championship. Post-graduate athletes train in a college-style environment with advanced skill refinement, lacrosse IQ development, recruiting support, dedicated lacrosse facilities, and holistic performance resources. Regional competition including Division II and III, NAIA, and Junior Colleges, as well as various showcase events, including those on campus, allow student-athletes to gain collegiate and professional exposure.
Tennis Post-Grad
IMG Academy's post-graduate tennis program builds on a proven pathway, including 85+ college placements in the last five years, with more than 40 at Division I programs, and over 62 junior tennis tournament wins in 2023 alone. Post-graduate athletes train in a college-style environment with advanced technical and tactical refinement, UTR and ITF competition, recruiting support, 57 tennis courts including two stadium courts, and holistic performance resources. On-campus tournaments and showcase events, including the Masters Tournament and Continental Cup, allow student-athletes to gain the exposure and competitive reps needed for their next step.
Golf Post-Grad
IMG Academy's post-graduate golf program builds on a proven pathway, including 75+ college placements in the last five years, including 40+ at Division I programs, and 55 junior golf tournament wins during the 2022-2023 school year. Post-graduate athletes train in a college-style environment with personalized development plans, advanced swing and short-game refinement, recruiting support, an 18-hole golf course and Tour Studio-powered practice facilities, and holistic performance resources. Regular competition on tours like the AJGA and IMG Academy Junior Golf Tour allows student-athletes to sharpen their game against elite competition ahead of their next-level transition.
Soccer Post-Grad
IMG Academy's post-graduate soccer program builds on a proven pathway, including 160+ boys soccer college placements in the last five years, including 70+ Division I placements, and thirteen student-athletes representing 12 countries' national teams in 2023. Post-graduate athletes train in a college-style environment with an individualized six-week development cycle, advanced tactical refinement, recruiting support, 20+ grass fields and a soccer-specific stadium, and holistic performance resources. Competition in MLS NEXT and the USYS Sunshine Academy Conference, along with showcase opportunities, allows student-athletes to gain the exposure needed to compete at the next level.
Track & Field Post-Grad
IMG Academy's post-graduate track and field program builds on a proven pathway, including 50+ college placements in the last five years, including 40+ Division I placements, and 15 named High School All-Americans in 2023 alone. Post-graduate athletes train in a college-style environment with event-specific coaching, advanced video analysis, recruiting support, a new 8-lane 400M track and dedicated jump, throw, and vault facilities, and holistic performance resources. Regular meets and championship-level competition allow student-athletes to gain the exposure and experience needed for their transition to the collegiate or professional level.
