Prior to joining IMG Academy in 2016, Tyler spent 6 years working in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. He also worked for 2 years in the Florida State Athletic Department from where he also graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and minor in Business.
He joined IMG Academy in 2016 and worked in operations for Athletic and Personal Development before transitioning to the Basketball program as Operations Manager and later Program Manager.
Since 2022, Tyler has been serving as the Director of Baseball Operations.
