ONSITE TOURNAMENT

Live the esports athlete experience: Gamers will be placed on a team with other esports campers to train and practice together. At the end of the week, teams will compete against each other for a chance at winning the M80 x IMG Academy Camp Title.

Post-Camp Support

Campers receive two online coaching sessions to follow up on curriculum retention, personal performance progression, and to answer any questions the camper may have post-camp. One session with the Game Coach, and one session with the Performance Coach.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Register for Valorant or Rocket League. Once registered, IMG Academy will email the gamer a camp guide and intake form to complete. M80 will then contact the gamer to determine their skill level and place them in the Discord.

Frequently Asked Questions

What games are offered?

There are two separate camps. Each camp is game specific, they are: 1) Valorant and 2) Rocket League.

What ages are the camps for?

Ages 13-18, organized in groups at camp by skill level.

Can my child attend more than one camp?

It is possible but not encouraged.

Does the price include travel expenses such as air and Uber?

No, airfare is not included. You may add travel to IMG Academy from the airport through the IMG Academy website.

Is this all-inclusive?

Yes, except for travel, all gamers are assigned dorm rooms and receive all meals on-site at IMG Academy included within the cost of the package.

Do they need to bring their computers or gear to campus?

No. Gaming chairs, PC’s, and all gear are provided on-site, however attendees are encouraged to bring their own peripheral gear if they desire (such as mouse, mousepad, keyboard, and headset).

What does this price include?

Pricing is for one gaming title: 1 week of on-site camp with training from professional coaches and practitioners.

What level of skill do I need to have in order to attend this camp?

All gamers with a baseline understanding or better are able to attend (no brand new players) - Upon arrival to campus, gamer’s skill will be assessed and they will be grouped with and compete against others at a similar skill ability.

How often will I be practicing with my team?

During the camp, gamers will practice with their team 2-4 hours a day each day leading up to a end-of-camp tournament vs the other teams.

How many hours of gaming per day versus learning?

Each day at camp will include approximately 4 hours of game play, 3 hours of gaming education, and 90 minutes of health and wellness.

Are females and males in the same camp?

Yes. The camp is co-ed. ALL individuals are welcome to attend regardless of their gender or sexual orientation.
