All new and returning campers are required to complete their form submissions through SchoolDoc. You will receive a personalized invitation by email to register or complete your SchoolDoc profile. If more than one child is registered for camp, you will see all of their names after you register with SchoolDoc.

IMG will provide sheets, a pillow and blanket for each boarding camper. This will already be in the dorm when they arrive. If your camper did not receive sheets, please contact the Campus Life staff in the dorm lobby.
The cost is dependent on the distance that the airport is from IMG Academy. The closest airports, in order from closest to farthest are: Sarasota (SRQ), Tampa (TPA), and Orlando (ORL). Transportation from any other airports will have to be discussed with the Service Team at [email protected].
Check-in times can vary so connect with your Service Specialist to confirm your time. Check-in should take about 1 hour, although it could be longer or shorter depending on the volume of campers arriving.
Boarding campers will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner in The Servery. This is included with the price of camp. Non-boarding campers will only receive lunch. We do have other food options available for purchase at the Brick Oven, La Boulangerie and Blended.
All required forms will be listed within & submitted via SchoolDoc. You will receive instructions on setting up your account in your confirmation email after you register for camp. If you have not received those details, please contact the records department at [email protected].
Yes. Our Campus Life and Student Engagement staff put together activities for all campers to participate in every night and over the weekends. This activity schedule will be available on the day of check-in.
Yes. You can upgrade and extend while your camper reservation is at camp for the next week. We ask that extensions be made by the Wednesday before the next week. Please contact the Service Team for any additional questions. Extending is based on availability.
Please see our purchase policy here. If you have booked non-refundable, you will receive a credit on file less a $75 cancellation fee. If you have booked refundable, you will receive a refund minus a 2.5% cancellation fee. Once your camper has checked into camp, all camps become non-refundable and you will receive a credit on file if you need to cancel.
