She is responsible for helping the athletes learn about Leadership and Encouraging those to use qualities and characteristics such as communication, accountability, respect as character building that can be used in all aspects. Additionally, emphasizing that Leadership is transformational in not just their individual sport but also outside of sport.
Brittany received her bachelor’s in psychology from Bethune Cookman University right here in Daytona Beach, FL. She then used that degree to further her interest in the large genre of Psychology where her focused shifted to Sport Psychology. She continued her education by getting her master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and with that Brittany was able to work with her department program in performance consulting with the Football Team.
