Mad Williams brings a championship pedigree and proven coaching success to the team. A standout player at Florida State College at Jacksonville from 2017–2019, Williams recorded 21 home runs and 52 runs before transferring to Southeastern University, where she competed from 2019–2022. As team captain, she helped lead her team to an opening round championship and a fourth-place finish at the 2022 World Series, while also earning the program record for most grand slams.
Following her playing career, Williams transitioned seamlessly into coaching at her alma mater. From 2024–2025, she was a key part of the Southeastern University coaching staff, earning recognition as the 2025 NAIA Regional Coaching Staff of the Year. Over two seasons, she helped guide the team to 82 wins while leading instruction for hitters, slappers, and outfielders. In addition to her on-field coaching, she played an instrumental role in the program’s recruiting success.
