• Where can I find my SchoolDoc link?

  IMG Academy has customized some of the processes, so not every process documented on the website below will apply. For additional questions, please contact [email protected] or call 1-800-872-6425. Learn More.

• When will I receive an email from SchoolDoc?

  You will receive a welcome email from SchoolDoc within 24 hours of registering for camp. The email will be sent to the person who registered the camper.

• Will I have to create a new login each time I register a child for camp?

  A new login will not be required each time. SchoolDoc will send an incomplete profile reminder email for returning campers or another camper associated with the same parent in CRM.

• What should I do if I haven't received an email from SchoolDoc?

  Please contact IMG Academy’s Forms Office at [email protected] or call them at 1-800-872-6425. Campers may also need to contact their advisor to ensure they have completed the registration process.

• What if I have two children attending camp?

  If you have more than one child enrolled in camps, you will see all of their names after registering with SchoolDoc. Each camper's profile is displayed on the left panel after you login.

• What happens if I forget or lose my login information and cannot locate the original email from SchoolDoc?

  Please contact the forms office at [email protected] or call 1-800-872-6425.

• If I’m a returning camper or parent of a camper, do I need to log in to SchoolDoc?

  All previously submitted information will be carried over to the next camp. As per IMG Academy policy, returning campers will need to review the information previously submitted and provide authorization. Physical exam report and Immunization will have to be uploaded again and will be verified by Forms Office. You may re-upload the documents if they are still valid. The electronic submission process will assist our teams with continuing to provide you with excellent service.

• Can I complete forms on my mobile device?

  SchoolDoc can be used on mobile device however there is no App version available. The system is reactive to mobile devices.

• When do I need to complete the forms in SchoolDoc?

  Forms are due and should be completed 14 days prior to the start of the camp to provide enough time for our staff to review and verify completeness.

• Do I have the option to complete forms and fax/email them instead of setting up a SchoolDoc account?

  Per IMG Academy policy, all forms should be submitted electronically through SchoolDoc. The electronic submission process will assist our teams with continuing to provide you with excellent service

• What is the process if I need to edit my forms?

  Your SchoolDoc Lockout date and form due date are set to 14 days prior to the start of the camp. Forms get locked only when they are 100% complete and if the current day is within 14 days of the camp start date. Users can continue to edit/add information for their participant’s health profile until their lockout date.

• What are the steps to complete forms if the lockout date has passed?

  Lockout date and form due date are set to 14 days prior to the start of the camp. Forms get locked only when they are 100% complete and if the current day is within 14 days of the camp start date. You may request an extension via IMG Academy Forms Status Approval by contacting the Forms Department at [email protected] or 941-752-2445.

• Are there certain browsers SchoolDoc works best on?

  Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.

• Can I add an authorized user for my child in SchoolDoc?

  If you are an authorized user of a camper's profile, you can add new authorized users to the profile through the 'Manage Users' option. An invite will be sent to the additional user.

• Why am I receiving reminder emails even if all the steps are complete from the camper perspective?

  The forms office will review all forms and will provide an approval in the last step, 'IMG Academy Forms Approval Status'. The completion will be set to 100% after this. Only after reaching 100% completion will you or your child be approved to participate in camp.

• Will SchoolDoc send me reminders?

  SchoolDoc will send the initial invite and reminder, however, subsequent reminder emails will be sent by IMG Academy.
