Aleah Hayes joins IMG Academy as Volleyball Coach, bringing over a decade of elite-level coaching experience, national accolades, and a proven track record of student-athlete development at the collegiate and international levels.
Aleah Hayes joins IMG Academy as Volleyball Coach, bringing over a decade of elite-level coaching experience, national accolades, and a proven track record of student-athlete development at the collegiate and international levels.
A 2024 inductee into the Columbia College Athletic Hall of Fame, Hayes brings the perspective of a decorated former athlete, having earned NAIA All-American Honorable Mention and Champion of Character honors. She also represented Team USA internationally, earning a silver medal at the 21U USA Beach High Performance Championships.
Hayes holds two master’s degrees—one in Athletic Administration from Texas A&M–Commerce and another in Teaching from Columbia College—showcasing her passion for education and mentorship. She is known for her ability to develop student-athletes both on the court and as leaders, emphasizing a growth mindset, resilience, and academic excellence.
In addition to her coaching roles, Hayes has contributed to the sport at a national level as a member of the AVCA Two-Year College Head Coaches Committee, the AVCA Awards Committee, and the Region XIV Volleyball Chair. Her holistic approach to coaching, grounded in relationship-building and high-level training, makes her a dynamic asset to the IMG Academy volleyball program.
