About Me
Previously before starting his coaching career at IMG Academy in 2018, Santiago Nessy played 11 years professional baseball with Toronto Blue Jays, Kansas City Royals, New York Yankees, Bridgeport Blue Fish, Sugar Land Skeeters, Leones del Caracas BBC, and Tigres de Aragua BBC, the last 2 belonging to the Venezuelan winter league. Nessy has helped develop 3 MLB Draft Picks. 1 National Catcher of the Year. And many other Division 1, 2, 3 and JUCO catchers during his tenure at IMG. Coach Nessy brings extensive professional playing/coaching experience to the IMG Academy baseball program.
