Your Personal IMG Coach

We take a collaborative approach with athletes and their families to help ensure each athlete has the best chance to achieve their goals.

Programs are monthly and require no minimum commitment beyond month 1. Cancel anytime.

MONTHS 2 AND BEYOND
  • Build on the foundation created in month 1
  • 2 hours of individualized coaching for athlete, parent or athlete and parent together (broken up into bi-weekly sessions)
  • An updated fueling template based on month 1 learnings
  • 24/7 messaging, session scheduling and access to relevant nutrition content via our mobile app

Group classes also available

Nutrition for Student Athletes. Course cost is $249. Course dates are January 11th to February 1st, 2022. Live sessions are Wednesdays at 7pm EST. Total seats available are 25. Enroll by January 4th, 2022.
