T'Kaira Winston

About Me:

T'Kaira Winston enters her first year at IMG where she joined the staff as a Academic Affairs Manager in May 2021.

Winston is a two-time alumna of Hampton University. She previously served two years as a graduate assistant before being promoted and serving two years as an Athletic Academic Advisor.

As an Athletic Academic Advisor, Winston was responsible for providing academic support, helping student-athletes navigate during their collegiate years, and helping students to identify transferrable skills for life after sports. Additionally, she assisted in student-athlete development by showcasing personal and professional growth opportunities through community service opportunities, graduation planning, course registration, and understanding academic policies and procedures.
