About Our Program

More than 200 Olympians trained with IMG Academy in preparation for the 2016 Rio Olympics. Step on our campus and you’ll immediately know why. World-renowned director/coach Loren Seagrave leads our cross country and track and field program, which focuses on event-specific training through cutting-edge technology and a comprehensive program that builds power, confidence and overall health to help athletes achieve PRs.

  • Every drill, sprint, exercise and practice is tailored to the student-athlete’s individual needs to maximize efficiency, increase speed and improve strength.

Track Facilities

Track & field athletes have access to our state-of-the-art stadium, which features a precisely maintained 8-lane, 400m track, two pole vault runways with international-level landing mats, two long and triple jump runways, dedicated long throw areas with multiple circles and cages. All athletes have access to our 10,000-square-foot weight room and a covered turf facility for speed and movement.
